We do not arrange hotels for courses departing and arriving in Japan. For courses departing and arriving overseas, we offer a program called "Cruise Plus" (for a fee) that includes hotel stays before and after the cruise, as well as transfers between the airport and hotel, and between the hotel and port. Arrangements can also be made after the reservation has been made. Please contact us.

"Princess Plus" and "Princess Premier" plans include Wi-Fi, drinks, and tips. "Princess Standard" does not include these. We highly recommend "Princess Plus" as it offers better value if you apply in advance.

Pajamas, toothbrushes, and razors are not provided, so please bring your own. Please bring a cardigan or similar item in preparation for the onboard air conditioning and the cooler mornings and evenings. Large luggage such as suitcases will be stored on the ship the day before disembarkation, so please bring a carry-on bag large enough to hold one night's worth of luggage, including toiletries.

Diamond Princess has 27 wheelchair-accessible cabins. The ship is also barrier-free with no steps, so you can board with peace of mind. As the number of cabins is limited, please be sure to request this at the time of booking. *Depending on the type of wheelchair, it may not be possible to bring it on board. *Please note that we may refuse to allow wheelchair passengers to board or disembark at some ports of call.

The guest rooms are equipped with 110V/60Hz power outlets. USB outlets are also available. However, we recommend using a transformer for precision equipment.

If you have a special occasion such as a birthday, wedding anniversary, or honeymoon to celebrate during your cruise, we will celebrate it free of charge in the dining room. Please let us know when you make your reservation or at least three weeks before departure. We have a Kids' Center, Youth Center, and Teen Center, where children from 3 to 17 years old are divided into age groups and programs such as craft classes, dance, and video games are offered.

We offer an automatic gratuity system to reward dining room staff and room stewards. The following gratuities will be automatically added to your onboard bill: USD 16.50 per person per night for suites, USD 15.50 for junior suites and premium junior suites, and USD 14.50 for all other staterooms (excluding Princess Plus). An 18% service charge will be automatically added to all alcoholic beverages served in bars, lounges, and dining rooms.

The onboard currency is US dollars. In addition to cash, American Express, Diners Club, VISA, MasterCard, and JCB credit cards are accepted. Payments on board can be made by simply holding up the medal-shaped terminal "Ocean Medallion." If you register your credit card in advance, you will not need to settle the bill on the day of disembarkation.

In case of an emergency, there is a medical room (medical center) available 24 hours a day. Medical treatment is charged, but overseas travel accident insurance may be applicable. We recommend taking out insurance in case of an emergency.
