This is a guest room with a large eave that protrudes, resulting in poor visibility or where the view is obstructed by a tender boat.

Yes, there is. Cabins marked with an “H” on the deck plan are designed specifically for people with disabilities.

It's possible. However, advance application is required. After making your reservation, please submit your MY Page application form using the chat function at the bottom right of our website.

There are no wheelchairs available for rent.
keyboard_arrow_rightIs it possible to go on a cruise while pregnant?
If you are over 23 weeks + 6 days pregnant at the end of the cruise, you will not be able to book or board the ship. If you are pregnant at any stage, you will need a doctor's note (in English) suitable for your chosen itinerary. (If the following three points are not included, you will need to submit the medical certificate again. ・Estimated delivery date (EDD) confirmed by ultrasound ・Low risk of pregnancy - Suitable for voyages on ships where specialist obstetric or neonatal care is not readily available. Please send your medical certificate through the chat button on the bottom right from the time of reservation to two weeks before the departure date. (Please present a copy at check-in on boarding day.)

Yes, it is possible. However, if the child is less than 12 months old as of the embarkation date, the cruise is limited to less than 10 nights. Additionally, there is no doctor specializing in infants on board, so we recommend that you consult your family doctor before boarding to check your child's health condition.

Yes, it is possible. No advance application is required. Please store strollers inside the cabin.

You can bring it with you if you apply in advance. However, please prepare unopened items.

Baby food is only available in the main dining area. The menu includes soup and soft pasta.

Baby guards are not available. If you would like a baby bed, please let us know as soon as possible using the chat button on the bottom right. Requests are possible, but cannot be guaranteed.

There is a mini fridge. All drinks in the refrigerator are charged for, except for some cabin categories.

There are no rooms with washlets.

Not suitable for drinking. Purchase drinking mineral water from the buffet.

There are no tissues, slippers, toothbrushes, or pajamas provided in the room. Please feel free to bring your own. Meanwhile, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are provided in the bathroom area. Also, depending on the reservation category, slippers may be provided in the room.

On cruises departing from and arriving in Japan, an electric kettle is provided in the cabin. On the other hand, please note that electric kettles are not provided on overseas cruises. Please note that hot water is available at the buffet.

All MSC Cruises ships are powered by 110V and 220V. Therefore, you can use Japanese electrical appliances as they are.

Advance reservations are not accepted. Please make a reservation on board.
keyboard_arrow_rightPlease tell me the type of Wi-Fi on board.
There are two types of internet service plans. 1. A plan that allows basic usage such as web browsing, email, LINE and chatting. 2. A plan that allows you to view/distribute videos and video chat. You can apply for any plan from 1 to up to 4 devices. However, one subscription is required per device. You cannot switch and use multiple devices under the same contract. (Example: If you use it on both a mobile phone and a computer, a contract for one device is required for each.) Please note that it is cheaper for a representative to apply for multiple devices at once, rather than for each person to apply individually.

There are five types of drink packages available: 1.EASY PACKAGE All-you-can-drink designated beverages including alcohol. 2.EASY PLUS PACKAGE Unlimited drinks up to $10 including alcohol. 3.PREMIUM EXTRA PACKAGE Unlimited drinks up to $16 including alcohol. 4.ALCOHOL-FREE PACKAGE All-you-can-drink designated soft drinks include soft serve ice cream. 5.,MINOR PACKAGE This is an all-you-can-drink soft drink plan for customers aged 3 to 19. Precautions *All passengers in the same cabin or registered as companions must select the same drink package. *Customers who were originally granted a drink package such as MSC Yacht Club do not need to apply for a drink package. *Customers aged 0 to 2 years old cannot wear it. *Cannot be used at paid restaurants, Jean-Philippe Chocolate, Coffee, Crepe & Gelato. *All drink packages are limited to 15 drinks per person per day.
About booking

Conditions for changing reservation details vary depending on the type and category of the cruise booked. Therefore, for more information, please contact us using the chat button on the bottom right.
keyboard_arrow_rightI have a reservation with Fantasca Experience or Aurea Experience. In this case, is it possible to change the reservation details for free?
Reservation changes must be made at least 30 days before the booked departure date. The new cruise must be after the original departure date and must be within 90 days of the original departure date. However, changes to dates earlier than the departure date are not possible. Regarding changes, please check with MSC each time, so please contact us using the chat at the bottom right of the page. *Changes can be made after 90 days from the original departure date, but an administrative fee will be charged.

Yes, it is possible depending on the reservation details. However, if you change the number of participants or cabin number after making your reservation, a $50 change fee will be charged by MSC Cruises. Please contact us through the chat feature at the bottom right of any page on our website.
About boarding the ship
keyboard_arrow_rightWhen participating in an overseas cruise, please let me know how far in advance of departure time I should choose a flight to arrive, and how much time in advance should I arrange my flight after landing to ensure peace of mind.
Depending on the distance between the airport and the port, we recommend that your flight arrive 4 to 7 hours before departure. We also strongly recommend staying at a hotel the day before departure to avoid flight delays and jet lag. *Depending on the port and airport, if your flight arrives on the same day, please contact us using the chat function on the bottom right.

Online check-in is not available for departures and arrivals from Japan, but is possible for departures and arrivals overseas.

Please refrain from bringing drinks, food, or alcohol into the venue. Please also note that we may have to leave your luggage with you when you board the ship.
