Very disappointing - invest in a different one

I went on this cruise on June 28,2026 leaving from BCN. Very disappointing experience — extremely crowded and poorly managed.
The ship was overcrowded to the point that basic activities like dining became frustrating. At the buffet, it was nearly impossible to get the dish you wanted; after waiting in long lines, the food was often gone by the time you reached it. A self‑service option would have made the experience far more efficient.
At the set‑menu restaurant, dinner took more than two hours because the waiters were stretched thin, serving both first and second seating at the same time. Adding to the frustration, all restaurants were closed simultaneously during certain hours, making it impossible to get a snack or anything to eat between meals.
Service was consistently poor. Many employees were rude, unhelpful, and appeared disengaged, as if they genuinely disliked their jobs. On top of that, the Wi‑Fi prices were extremely high.
I’ve taken several cruises, and this one has been by far the worst. Invest your money in a different cruise line.
Comfortable cruise for kids

Comfortable experience with a 4-year old child.
Many spaces for kids, like pool tobogans for 1'00-1'65 m tall kids. Big tobogans for adults and kids from 1'20 and 1'40 m tall, and minimum 7 years old.
Only one or two dedicated activities for kids during the day, although the squok club is all day open from 9 am to midnight and free of charge.
Princess day is amazing. For 50€, the girls have a great experience from 2 pm to 9 pm, including dressing, hairdresser, etc.
Our little girl didn't want to stay in the child's club except for the princess day. She spent all afternoon and had dinner with the other princesses.
Spa is only for adults paying in additional. During the first day of embarcation you will receive the best offer, in our case it was a massage plus all week pass for 120€.
Almost every night there is an special dress code, difficult to find before boarding. We had black night, white night, coloured night, yellow & blue night, red&white night and black&red night.
Food is good, deserts are awesome.

First i want to inform you that is not my first cruise. I cruise with Carnival, Royal Caribbean, MSC, So it's not my first cruise
I want to be very honest with this cruise ship. So here is my review
PRO: Ship is beautiful and very beautifull and the bed was very comfortable
The service was very good the employes are very polite with you
Entertainment was good. The shows was entertaining
Con: The buffet was not open all day. It was close between breakfast, dinner and supper.
It was impossible to have water when the buffet was closed. You had to buy it. The same with coffee.
Even when you pay for gratuities, you will be charged for the cleaning of your room. 11 euros in the morning and 11 euros the afternoon each day of your cruise. They call that ''hotel fees''
They have a big screen in the back of the ship but it is for their national sport only. So we did not have the chance to see a film.
From my point of vue only, they live for your money
