We are platinum members so have been on a lot of princess cruises. This was the worst. No library,no games room or games to play and no crows nest where u could read or do a jigsaw. The food in the dining room was terrible. I wondered why it was half empty, most people went up to the buffey,There was no dress code men went into dinner in shorts even on Gala nights. The sheets were not changed in 10days. I have many more complaints but I think the problem is that lots of people do not pay they win there cruise in the casino.Boards around the room tell u how many points u need to get a free cruise and the casino was packed. I think the reason the ship was not as good as before is because the casino is owned by a company that gives away cabins so princess standards have dropped.
Nice ship - poor food - busy Med

Very nice ship - we enjoyed the itinerary, however it is crazy busy at many of the Med ports (Naples, Kotor, Athens, etc). We were told this was there off season and it was shoulder to shoulder.
The good - very nice ship - concierge lounge is great if you have a room that qualifies.
The elevators are way too busy and slow. They don't have enough and if it was less than 5 floors we would walk the stairs. In one instance we waited 5 minutes and then walked.
The entertainment was sub par. Only went to a couple shows and missed the "good one" because the others were not good.
Food - some very good (crown Grill, pizza place), Buffet was excellent. Irish pub only has 10 tables and not worth the wait. The dining room was HORRIBLE! Only went once and that was a two hour meal for cold food and a waiter texting and not paying attention. We left before meal could be finished. Never went back.
Princess is a wonderful cruise line for everyone!

This was our 3rd cruise, 1st on Princess. We were extremely impressed with how organized and well staffed the ship was run; rooms were almost immediately available, luggage was delivered quickly, embarkation and disembarkation a breeze (on par with Seabourn). We had a mini suite reserve room and it was worth every penny!!! The private dining was wonderful, no waiting, they tried to give you the same waiters every time, and there is one extra meal offering than in the other main dining rooms. Food was excellent in the take out and specialty but overall could use some more vegetarian options. Did not care as much for the buffet. Our cabin attendant was awesome, the attendant for our daughter's family across the way not as good. The ship itself is beautiful and there is plenty of room on the deck for sunbathing or pool. Our whole family loved formal nights, Princess took nice pictures, and we saw people who didn't dress up and that was fine too. We had 2 terrific excursions (out of 4), 1 was not as good because they tried to do to much, not enough time. The last excursion our guide was awful, so boring! The whole group hated him, we still had fun! Kids club could use a little attention but our granddaughter made friends and a great time. Next time we hope to take advantage of more of the activities on ship as there are many interesting/fun choices.
